driving by yesterday and thought this sounded good , had a smokeys sammich, which had potato salad, fried onions and cheddar with chopped brisket all.on the sammich! thanks to the employee who told me it was all on the sammich,,I was kinda skeptical but it def worked together , green beans and jalapeno beans were my sides , both of which I would get again , the Thursday special had jalapeno cheddar kielbasa which I've had before and its gooood,, well they were out of it so I chose this sammich and never looked back

Not a bad place by any means, but I think 3 stars is fair. It's a good place for catering and if you're feeling BBQ and far from other options.

Jalapeno cheddar kielbasa (3/5): One of the better choices here for meat. It's good and cheesy but not spicy at all, so if you're wanting spice you might want to add something of your own on there.

Polish kielbasa (3/5): I think it's hard to mess up a sausage, and this one was middling. Good but kind of generic.

Pulled pork (1/5): Sorry! There just wasn't any flavor and it was dry. Better luck with other items.

Average BBQ, below average sides and portions. They do run a few daily specials throughout the week, otherwise prices are somewhat high for what you get. Pulled pork sandwich is always good with the sweet sauce, but on the small side.
It's not a bad place for barbecue, but I'd rather hit up a local place with more charm.

Decent BBQ....poor, slow service. Understaffed and not equipped to handle a lunch crowd. Visited today...2 people working...one was a trainee. Incredibly slow...wanted a drink but the ice machine didn't work...in fact the lid of ice machine fell on me. Observed people in line...waiting and then leaving. Not the employees fault...they were put in a bad situation by management.

Calling it now...they won't make it very long...just like the one at 63rd and May.

    1. Star for good customers service. And the second star is for good sides... I've worked for 7 years in a restaurant so I understand about portion controls.  But the only way to get "Dickey's" to get more stars is to up there portion meats and don't serve such dry meat... also they shouldn't call it chicken breast when you get slice of sandwich chicken meat.. I really thought I was gonna get a chicken breast not slices... and I only got 2 ribs... like TF I'm a big girl I need more than 2 little ribs and slices of sandwich meat... way to overly priced for what I got..
